| Abstract: | Использована методика сгущения проб фильтрацией через мембранный фильтр № 6 с последующим подсчетом живых организмов в счетной камере. Инфузорий считали в пробах объемом 5 мл без сгущения. Установлено, что сгущение приводит к большим потерям мелких инфузорий. Средняя численность мелких инфузорий 1-3 тыс. экз/л, тинтиннид — 100-500 экз/л. В зарослях зостеры наблюдалась вспышка развития донных гипотрих, численность их достигала 38 тыс. экз/л. В конце июня численность науплиусов составляла 250-850 экз/л. У самого берега микрозоопланктон беднее, чем на расстоянии 20-150 м, а у поверхности беднее, чем на глубине 1 м. |
| Description: | The densification of the samples by filtration through the membrane filter No. 6 was followed by counting of living organisms in the counting chamber. Infuzorians were counted in 5 mL samples without densification. The densification was noted to result in an appreciable loss of small infuzorians. The average number of small infuzorians was 1 to 3 thousand specimens per L, and that of tintinnidae between 100 and 500 specimens per L. The bloom of bottom hypotriha with the numbers about 38 thousand specimens per L was found in the zosteran brushes. At the end of June the nauplii numbered 250 to 850 specimens per L. Nearer the coast, microzooplankton was poorer than at a distance of 20 to 150 m from it, and at the sea surface it was poorer than at a depth of 1 m. |
