Abstract
Определены численность и родовая принадлежность микроорганизмов в воде и перифитоне аквариальной системы. Приведено сравнение физиолого-биохимических свойств углеводородокисляющих бактерий в воде и перифитоне изучаемой системы. Установлено, что процент культур, осуществляющих трансформацию углеводородов нефти, выше у бактерий перифитона.
Description
The quantity and generic belonging of microorganisms in the water and periphyton of the artificial system are determined. The physiological and biochemical properties of the hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria in the water and periphyton of the system under study are compared. It is established that the percentage of cultures transforming oil hydrocarbons is higher in periphyton bacteria.
