| Abstract: | Приводятся данные о влиянии различных концентраций селенита натрия на ростовые характеристики синезеленой микроводоросли Spirulina platensis. Показано, что в диапазоне концентраций 1-20 мг Se (IV)/л средняя продуктивность и удельная скорость роста водорослей, как в накопительной, так и в квазинепрерывной культурах, не снижались по отношению к контролю, а концентрации 5 и 10 мг/л оказывали стимулирующее действие. Установлена положительная корреляция между содержанием элемента в питательной среде и биомассе водорослей. |
| Description: | Data concerning the influence of different concentrations of sodium selenite on Spirulina platensis growth characteristics are reported. It was shown that within the range from 1 to 20 mg Se(IV) / l mean productivity and specific growth rate in batch and quasicontinuous cultures were not decreased with reference to control. Stimulative effect of selenium in concentrations of 5 and 10 mg/l was observed. The positive correlation between selenium concentration in nutrient medium and microalgae biomass was established. |
